  • When will my order be delivered?

    If we have your chosen model in stock in our logistics centre, we will dispatch it within the next working day. You can find more information about stock availability here. Our products are made using traditional production methods, so we are subject to the vagaries of the weather. During monsoon seasons in India, where a large part of our products come from, the drying time of our linings is extended. This is also the evil of handmade. If you have any other request regarding your order, please contact us.

  • How do I return goods?

  • Can I withdraw from the contract if I have bought a product with engraved initials?

    We're sorry. If the product has been customised at the customer's request, just by engraving your own initials, you cannot withdraw from the purchase contract according to the Terms and conditions. This is the same with, for example, custom-made furniture.

  • The product got my clothes soiled, what can I do about it?
