Helping where it's needed

We want to give back to India at least part of what it has given us. Through the non-profit organization MOST ProTibet, we have been supporting the education of Tibetan children living in exile in India since 2018. We send a percentage of each product sold to purchase school supplies for these children. In 2021, we contributed CZK 274,250, which enabled the purchase of stationery, textbooks and workbooks for 723 children. Without you, this help would not have been possible. Thank you!

Giving back India what it gave us

The non-profit organization MOST ProTibet has long been involved in the field of development aid. It works closely with the Tibetan Homes Foundation, a charity founded in 1962 by the Dalai Lama himself. It currently helps more than 2,500 Tibetan children living in exile villages in the Mussoorie region of the Indian Himalayas. Through MOST ProTibet, we give children a chance for a better life.

The organization provides all care free of charge and is completely dependent on donations from companies and individuals. The education it also provides is closely related to the quality of life of the locals. That is why we decided to support this project. We donate a portion of the profits from every product sold to support it. You can also support the organisation's activities by buying an original tin cup.

Our schools in India

Our schools in India

We support the education of Tibetan orphans living in exile in India. Literacy improves their chances of entering the job market and thus their overall quality of life. The project currently supports 4 schools located in remote areas up to 4,000 m above sea level. From every Bagind product sold, we donate a percentage of the proceeds to purchase workbooks, textbooks and other supplies to help young school children have a better future. Thank you for helping with us.

Education as the key to a better future

The main goal of our activities is to provide children with a modern education with an emphasis on language skills. Children learn Tibetan, Hindi and English. Traditional Tibetan arts and customs are not forgotten during the classes to preserve the Himalayan cultural heritage. The orphans live together in houses around the schools where they are cared for by surrogate mothers.

2018

We started working with Most ProTibet in 2018, when we managed to raise CZK 16,438 for the education of Tibetan orphans.

2019

A year later, thanks to you, we raised 75,895 CZK, which went to purchase textbooks, workbooks and other supplies.

2020

We managed to raise a record figure so far in 2020. For the following year, 2021, the Tibetan orphans received a total of 274,250 CZK from us for their education.

2021

In 2021, we raised 39,500 CZK for the organization Most ProTibet.
