We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your Bagind product. In order to make the process of resolving this situation easier for you, we have selected the most important points of our terms and conditions.
RETURN OF GOODS

If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract. In practice, this means that if you have received a product that does not fit or is not to your liking, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery (in its original packaging, unworn) and we will refund your money. You do not have this option for products that you have had been customized.

Claims

If a sudden defect appears on your Bagind product, this may be grounds for a complaint. How to proceed? Fill in the complaint form on our website and wait to be contacted by our colleagues. But before that, please contact us by e-mail: info@bagind.cz and attach photos of the defect. This way you will be sure that the defect is the reason for a successful claim and you will save time.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, excessive use or improper treatment of the product. At the same time, please also resolve claims without delay as soon as you discover the defect to avoid delays and possible extension.
