Where is my Bagind?

Our dear ones, as you know, our leather accessories are handcrafted in traditional production facilities in India and Colombia. Handmade, unlike manufacture, requires a greater amount of time and care.

We keep most of our products in sufficient stock for you throughout the year. We receive shipments regularly, so most products do not stay in stock for long and go directly to you. However, if you surprise us with your demand, it may happen that some products sell out and our manufacturers are working on others. In this case, the delivery time may be longer, but we always inform you about this both on the product itself on the website and by email.

What does stock status of my product mean?

Such a product is located in our logistics center in Ostrava and we can usually send it to you within the second working day after ordering. The actual delivery time can be found in the product. If you also choose to have your initials embossed with the product, the delivery time may be extended by 2-3 days.

Such a product travels to you from one of our external warehouses, so delivery time may be longer than the standard few days. You can always find the delivery time in the product details near the "Add to Cart" button.

Such a product is now passing through the hands of our manufacturers in India or Colombia. When it's ready, we package it and ship it to you. You can always find the delivery time in the product details near the "Add to Cart" button.

My order was delayed - why?

We always try to avoid order delays, but in addition to the pitfalls of long distances, we are sometimes surprised by situations that are unfortunately beyond our control. In our case, nature may have an impact on the delivery time. During the monsoon season in India, the leather takes longer to dry, which slows down all further production. In the past, we have also experienced a farmers' strike which negatively affected the speed of our shipment to Europe. Transport complications with some of the components that our manufacturers use can also be a problem. We encountered this, for example, in the recent ship grounding in the Suez Canal, where our zippers were left behind, delaying the delivery of most products from Colombia.
